Job Overview:

Our in-house e-commerce photo studio team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Studio Photographer Manager for 2025. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling all product photography across multiple brands. From fashion apparel to accessories, your images will create the first impression for our customers when they visit our online stores.

This Digital Studio Photographer Manager Job 2025 role is more than just photography — you will manage daily photography operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality output, collaborate closely with stylists and the studio manager, and lead freelance photographers when required. Your work will have a direct impact on the online presentation of our products and will ultimately boost customer engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

1. Lead Studio Photography for E-Commerce:

• Capture high-quality product images for online storefronts.

• Collaborate closely with stylists and the studio manager.

• Capture all selling shots for apparel, accessories, and other products.

• Ensure images are suitable for the Product Listing Page (PLP) and the Product Detail Page (PDP).

• Adhere to daily photography schedule and deadlines.

2. Uphold Brand Aesthetics:

• Understand and represent the visual identity of each brand.

• Ensure consistency in lighting, framing, and styling.

• Review photography standards and suggest creative improvements.

3. Image Management & Delivery:

• Label, upload, and share images properly.

• Assign article numbers to products and images.

• Upload final images daily via FTP.

• Organize sessions in Global Edit with metadata.

4. Equipment & Studio Maintenance:

• Maintain lighting, cameras, backdrops, and video equipment.

• Stay updated with the latest photography tech.

• Coordinate with IT for system/software upgrades.

5. Creative & Operational Leadership

• Manage and coordinate freelance photographers.

• Monitor studio output and maintain standards.

• Identify new Digital Studio Photographer Manager Job 2025 techniques and workflows.

• Suggest creative ideas for online product showcasing.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree (Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related).

• 3+ years of professional photography experience in studio settings.

• Skilled in photographing soft goods (clothing) and hard goods (accessories).

• Strong portfolio of product photography.
